does anybody have a good eyeliner recommendation for tight lining? mine always smudges under my eyes :P

Any gel potted eyeliner I use maybelline but tbh it’s not so much the eyeliner but the primer/ concealer/ powder that stops it from smudging by acting as a barrier like so I be putting that shit on

I love the Mary K waterproof eyeliner pen. I normally get it in brown and I’ll dry my waterline before tight lining

ohhh okay well ty! i don’t usually use powder since my under eyes get really dry </3 do you put on the eyeliner first then concealer or concealer then eyeliner?

I usually do the eye makeup first so if I mess up I can wipe it off without worrying about redoing the concealer
