how was it diagnosed? Just an ultrasound. the cysts often hurt pretty bad too, apparently caffeine can make the cysts painful and I’m a caffeine girl so it makes sense.

Oh lord and I’ve cut back on caffeine a while ago too :(, I was talking more about did they remove it or just leave it be but I assume leave it be?

I don’t know if this is normal or not, but I had several cysts that weren’t huge and they acted like it was no big deal and normal. They didn’t even mention removing it. I know in some cases they do remove them, but they didnt say anything about it.

That’s interesting, I mean I’m glad they weren’t huge but if they hurt a lot I’d ask about getting them removed :(

it’s more of an annoyance type of hurting, it doesn’t really affect my quality of life if yk what I mean. It’s comparable to just having a bad knee or something i’d say

I also think it has something to do with horomones and my cycle, so it’s not like a constant pain either. I hardly ever think about it except when they randomly start hurting
