It could also be a condition, I was always incredibly nauseous, throwing up, and sometimes passing out on my period before I found out I have PCOS :,) but now I only get cramps sometimes so it could be worth checking into!

I know my grandma had some sort of condition where her periods were super painful, but mine aren’t painful, just seems that there is nausea now (started in January this year) involved. I don’t have a gynecologist, and I forgot to tell my doctor about this at my last physical. I was also feeling like I was gonna pass out a lot yesterday and my period started today…
