My parents are so fucking pushy about how I need to bring my bf with me when I go out and how I need to get better friends who are also couples. Like…idk what people’s problem is. Couples should be able to do things separately. It’s kind of unhealthy to have to go everywhere together

i feel like couples should have somewhat of a separate life, especially a social life. i feel like a level of separation is healthy. i feel like wanting to literally go everywhere is borderline untrusting and controlling.
