I approach guys and I am extroverted so I can carry a conversation but it’s like they don’t even care. And I feel like I’m pretty good at gauging what’s attainable.

You may be interacting with the wrong set of guys then, they often times can tell who they are interacting with. They know their intentions and if that doesn’t align with yours, they won’t really try hard
