Especially in a medical degree it’s probably hard enough to find the time anyway between school work. Just know that you’re seen, even if you don’t know it. But you’re up, you can feel, you can see, you can touch- don’t forget you’re alive. Also, being a hot mess isn’t a bad thing. It’s definitely different for some people, but a face mask, a gallon of ice cream, and a shitload of soda and self pity is healthy in doses.
Saying shit like- “oh you’re better” “don’t cry” yeah that’s prob true. He’s a dude after all. But I felt like that never really helped me at least. So just instead remember that it’s ok to cry, and care deeply. Because you’re hurt. And that’s ok. You deserve the time to be hurt until your heart heals.
My mom always told me- one thing at a time. So if you wake up, and you can drink some coffee in peace. Then that’s one good thing. If you can hit the gym? That’s one good thing. If you can cry until you can breathe again? That’s one good thing. So just keep doing your best to do one good thing a day. You’ll always make lots of mistakes, just do your best to learn from them. Don’t even worry about a next time, because it’s happened. It’s over. And try your best to just stay in the now.
It’s silly, but after my heart started to hurt like that. I made a choice, and I started doing a sport that I actually used to shit on. Like- I have no clue what made me try. But I did. And I found I loved it. I also found music, this one artist had fast upbeat music, it ramped me up. I just figured- new sport, new music, new era 💅. That’s what helped me anyways. Don’t ever make a choice you can’t take back girl❤️
Omg twin. Ur up and goin and that’s all that matters. You got it oki doke? If he’s not in your life, then he’s not supposed to be in it. Good things will find you, and with relationships everything that goes in and out is another step in the right direction. We are kids, and shit hurts lot when it comes to love. It’s a loss of trust and security that is difficult to come back from, and it’s difficult trying to find it again after losing it.
