This is why my bf is under strict instructions from me to make me get out of bed in the morning for our pre-breakfast hikes, even if I’m a little grumpy about it. Once you actually start the workout it feels great.

Tbh like #1 sometimes I just lay on the floor and start doing core or leg exercises while just laying down and scrolling on my phone

I used to do a whole easy leg routine while getting ready in the morning and while getting ready for bed (brushing teeth washing face etc) and I had less cellulite but I can’t say for sure it was the routine lol.

almost every song (at least until like 2018) has video playthroughs! i used to do them at home when i didnt have just dance. i have just dance 2019 and they have a calorie burning mode!
