I’m having a terrible panic attack I’m literally spiraling and feel like I can’t breathe and I want to cry I think I have existential ocd. I ruminate constantly about death and how time never stops, what that brings (aging, my love ones dying)

Maybe you can foster that energy or thinking into the macabre side of things. Where you don’t focus on it as a trigger but find a space or energy in it to guide you along. Although it may go sideways if you don’t try to find the positivity and wonder in the gothic style for comfort to the unknown
