Ok ik this is like 7hrs late but try to relax and try again later. Tensing does NOT help and it feels way up there but it’s not as high as you think, they can’t go that high up. If it helps, you could also try removing it in a warm shower

I was mostly freaking out at the time cause I woke up late for work and it had already been more than 12 hours since I had last dumped it but I tried again after work and finally got it after squatting down in my bathtub
