what i did is make a flags list for him. green flags and red flags. i include both specific instances and then also just general things i notice. if it's a guy who couldnt care less ab you, his red flags will greatly outweigh the green and you can read them to ground yourself when you start getting delusional.

I dated a guy I was equally obsessed with and this is kinda how I got over him EXCEPT his literal ONLY red flag I could come up with was that he didn’t want me back. One day it just clicked, something in me completely changed. It’s just like #4 said, you deserve someone that’s equally obsessed with you or even moreso. Don’t ever EVER settle for less than that!!! Helped me get over it so fast after that (after like several months wallowing)

Ok welll. We dated briefly in high school and he WAS very obsessed with me so much so that it freaked me out a little and I dumped him 😵‍💫 and we had a weird situationship thing going on through some of college but we haven’t spoken much at all recently
