
it’s actually pretty simple as long as you have the right ingredients! i started with heating some heavy cream to a simmer and added in my cheeses (parmesan, asiago, and white cheddar). once the cheeses were melted enough, i added some chicken broth. how much chicken broth/cheese you end up using mostly depends on your desired consistency! i aimed for a thicker sauce so i didn’t use as much broth as some people might’ve.
