bro that’s exactly why i never started watching it, but it’s nothing like that. i’ve spent hours watching season 1 today bc i was immediately hooked. It’s gotten so juicy already and it’s only season 6 but it’s also so relatable and accurate for teens (unlike 1st season of ginny and georgia if you’ve seen it) it has really moving storylines included too:’) the family dynamic between the 2 alone is enough to keep me watching even if it wasn’t a romcom

it is not like tkb at allll, jenny han is an amazing author and her direction for the show is almost exactly the same as the books which are even better!!

that’s crazy, i’ve only noticed taylor songs being put with the couples and romance scenes. i’m talking about when all the kids are hanging out or partying they play so much frank ocean, tyler the creator, tame impala. they’ve played so many songs from my playlist and i listen to 0 taylor swift😭
