i’m not even sure I learned from youtube, google, tv and movies I wish I could pinpoint exactly what taught me. I guess my algorithm has just always shown me everything I needed to know and more

other socials too. honestly just do some googling with the questions you have and health articles will pop up and that’s usually a good place to start!
