we’re proud of you. It takes a lot. Pro tip from someone who’s also had to recover from ED. ED makes you lose a lot of essential nutrients, but one really easy way to get back. Some of those nutrients is on your food get freshly grated Parmesan, cause it contains a lot of protein and has good bacteria, which helps your gut.
i honestly think i’m lucky. lucky to have a partner and friends who bug me a bunch to make sure i eat! and to have started escaping early. the thing that pushed me over was seeing my doctors faces. i know that’s not enough for most people. ed is a mindfuck! i think if i could give advice, it’d be to not give up hope! i know its hard. even for me its taken years of failing. but you don’t have to do it all alone! finding support is so important! i hope this community can be part of that for you:)
