Anyone have good suggestions for gluten free flour substitutes? I make banana bread for my best friend and am making more for his birthday this month. I want to make something for his parents, too, but they’re GF and I don’t know much about alternatives!

they don't sell at stores but as someone gf i use gfjules or do a blend at home using the america's test kitchen recipe (go by grams instead of cups)

KING ARTHER!!!!! It’s a brand of gluten free cake/muffin/brownie mixes and I think they have a banana bread one too

most flours listed as gluten free all purpose or cup for cup are good!! banana bread is also super forgiving so don’t stress too much about finding the perfect flour

np, for the latter you can find everything you need either at the asian market or whole foods or something
