no matter how much food i eat im literally always hungry and never satisfied. i feel mentally starved and it’s so frustrating

idk if this will help but learning that the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn passively by just existing. building more muscle has helped me a lot with weight loss caused by appetite. also, eggs have stuff in them that takes your body longer to process than other stuff and can keep you fuller longer

i was actually a gymnast growing up so i still have a decent amount of muscle from that even though i don’t technically work out anymore! i go on daily walks and have a step goal but i don’t like, go to the gym

this is fair, but it doesn’t just stay there if all you’re doing is going on walks. To maintain or build muscle, you have to do some kind of resistance training aka lifting weights. otherwise you just lose it
