bleeding no cramps but tbf my cramps are terrible so I think if I actually had light cramps I would pick cramps no bleeding

i’m the minority opinion—if it were my own personal cramps v. my own personal flow i will take one day of moderate cramping v. numerous stained pants any day 😖

I go through super tampons in less than an hour on day 1-2 but don’t really get cramps. Inconvenient but i just use both a tampon and pad in case i can’t run to a bathroom within 5 mins
