Don’t forget that macchiatos aren’t supposed to be mixed, any drinks that are iced but include espresso blends you should mix it all in a frothing pitcher before placing it in the cup of ice. Always have more coffee beans grinded/(grounded?) ready to brew so you don’t have to stop making drinks when you run out of brewed hot coffee. And always make sure you’re stocked in dairy and other refreshers and such so that way you’re not running around trying to restock in the middle of it being busy
