I say text him just because I’ve known a lot of male friends who when they get depressed. They just start letting go of people around them. Not enough people check on them unfortunately

mmm it’d be one thing if he just stopped talking to you, but unadding is an active choice to take away yalls access to talk. i would still text him if you really care about him, but yea nothing about that reads as a choice to be taken lightly :/
