This may be fucked up to say, but I hate when men spend money on me, only when they’re also spending money on themselves. Like if I tell a guy I’m kinda seeing I’m hungry, and then instead of him just doordashing something to me, he tries take me out.

I get it, and I want to spend time with them at times, but sometimes I want a man that’ll know I just wanna be by myself and still wanna make sure I have food

I dont think it’s really reasonable to expect or want money to be spent on you in that manner with someone you’re not even officially dating.
