As a woman you need more calories than the recommended amounts (which are based on research only done on men) and I strongly recommend getting most of your cals in the morning! I had unexplained cramps / nausea and HORRIBLE periods until I started front loading and it fixed everything. Also saved me from binge eating at night

My intent wasn’t to be condescending I apologize for coming off that way but I get nauseous when I’m hungry so I assumed everyone else does as well
