The amount of conversations I’ve had with those types of people just is ridiculous. You can sit there and explain adhd, learning disabilities, autism, everything to them. And they will still be like “just do the work though, everyone is complaining like it’s so hard. I just don’t understand why people come get a degree if they can’t handle it.” Like mfer you sound like the most snot nosed ableist mfer rn
Unpopular opinion but your disability does not necessarily mean the world needs to become “less able” to accommodate you. Hard truth is it won’t. You’re still gonna be disabled and other able bodied individuals will always be able to do things you can’t. Stop bitching and adapt to your surroundings. If you can’t “do the work” then cheat brother
That’s not what I’m talking about, cheating doesn’t solve anything either. I’m specifically talking about people who complain so much about the people around them bc they have an air of superiority. And they believe they are smarter and above everyone else because their originality and uniqueness only stems from the fact that they don’t think anything is hard. Essentially “I’m not like other girls because I’m a teachers pet🤓”
Like they suck up to any professor even if the professor is a bad teacher, there’s no excuse or explanation for a bad grade or struggle in academics because “it’s not that hard” and completely dismisses other people. Other people’s actions around them in class bothers them “everyone is on their phones playing games and not paying attention and it’s annoying” instead of minding their own business
