I think I’ve been losing weight over the last couple months (not on purpose) but I don’t want to check incase I re-anorexia myself

Well its tricky but if you suspect smth shifting in your self like that it could be really really helpful to sit down and actually check in on your intake calories, how much you are actually doing in a day, is it smth new to the diet, is it a hormonal phase before the next, is it stress related or lack of it. But casually keeping track of weight is important for this reason maybe once a month, same day or week. It could be hard but it could be important or nothing at all and a trick of your mind

The aftermath is dependent on you. If it is shifting you need to see why or is it you subconsciously playing yourself into a situation. It could be fat loss, muscle loss, body recomp, destress, more stress causing less hunger, sleep cycles, hormones, general health being so well maintained that you have reached a peak flow in your gut health and nutrition. But you control the outcome. Every action crosses the mind and we act or don’t act. That’s on you. Nobody else
