reminder that getting back into working out takes TIME, it’s not just hard. I’m 5’6” & 130, used to run 6 min miles as a kid. I’m now getting back at it running 15-20min miles bc I need to walk, thinking to myself, ok if I can do that, I can do better
I’m also kinda posting this to hold myself accountable & remind myself. It’s hard as fuck but it won’t always be as long as I get out of bed to do it, ultimately it makes me tired and feel good. Imma sleep good tonight tier
