Getting my iud was the most excruciating experience I’ve had. I blacked out from the pain and had horrific cramping for over 6 months. It also caused me to develop ovarian cysts. However everyone reacts differently to it so maybe you’ll be different? 🧍‍♀️

What about an implant or ring or patch? They tend to be less scary but are lower maintenance than a pill.
