I don’t know I guess I just always heard my mom and my friends say it and never thought to check if it was real 😭 now I’m pretty sure they don’t know either

gotcha. i’ve heard it a lot as a meme but i didn’t know people genuinely believed in it. most periods become regular so it’s near impossible to not have overlap but that doesn’t mean we’re directly influencing others
