oh btw get it off amazon, i got 4 for half the price and i like those 10x better!!! wearing it rn and its ok but i dont like the handle and i feel like it doesn’t suction as good. like the other ones were thicker and more secure

Ok I have a menstrual disc and like that 100x better than any cup. It doesn't suction so it's more comfortable and less likely to leak and it can 'self empty' without me having to take it out during the day

It’s so worth it!! Better for you and the environment. I’ve tried the cup and disc, and personally find the disc to be more comfortable. A good cup should never hurt, so if the small is uncomfortable move to a disc (they sit higher up in the fornix, which is a larger space)

If you’re nervous you can get one at target and check it out in self checkout so you can avoid human interaction. Or honestly, I recommend going to Spencer’s , it can be intimidating but the employees are super nice and chill and when I bought mine they just asked if I knew how to properly clean it. They are used to it and do not judge. Or you can always by a card along with it and get a grift reciept so it seems like a gag gift, perfect time of year to do so

It only empties when you bear down. So it's a controlled empty just don't have to use your hands

For me core clenching is different than vagina clenching so that's not been an issue
