For my girlies with frequent utis and bladder infections, what do yall do to help prevent them? I used to take Olly happy hoo-ha and it seemed to help but it’s so expensive

Idk what Olly is. AZO is always my go to. I’ve also used cystex for the pain relief. Anything with phenazopyridine is good for the pain and often makes your pee bright orange. AZO is a good daily pill - you can get just cranberry pills (for the daily) or their UTI related products:)

You might need to go to the doctor and get anti biotics. It will not fully go away without taking ALL antibiotics
