it's a vintage betsey johnson lace slip dress but someone is selling a dupe from charlotte russe on depop in a size large but without the sweetheart neckline ruching. i attached a higher quality pic of the dress (not the depop one). 🫶🏻

Went on a ten minute search with that image actually, will say that I think OP’s best bet (besides getting it tailored or sewing herself) is to layer a black skirt (cocktail dress length) with a tank that matches that
