i think i’m having a panic attack at work and idk what to do, i’m just so stressed and overwhelmed and i feel like i’m not doing a good job i just want to curl up into a ball and cry

if u have headphones, put them on and blast music that u don't need to think for (i like hard music like rock, rap and shit like that), get up, get some water and take some deep breaths. Do a couple of stretches if ur up to it, if not rubbing my chest in a clockwise motion works for me so give that a try!
