im dead serious and i know this will sound lame or ridiculous, but is it better to quit consuming caffeine cold turkey or weaning off? like i have a SERIOUS soda addiction and it costs so much money

Cut back on the caffeine like only drinking one coke per day instead of several to ease off of it, or switch to something like coffee or tea that has a lower caffeine content. You’re gonna get bad headaches if you just quit (speaking from experience)

Weaning off is better. If you quit cold turkey you are more likely to get withdrawal headaches

Oof girl Id replce that with another source of caffeine… matcha, coffee, anything. Soda is just SO bad for you.

I quit cold turkey when it came to energy drinks. Switched to fresh brewed coffee instead and honestly I feel 10x better

*cut back before quitting, you’ll most likely feel worse if you go from drinking a lot of soda/caffeine to no caffeine cold turkey
