And even with the existing friendships some of have they’re either not good friends or you just kinda friends bc of shared history. I’ve started letting ppl go bc of this

no yea the only friends i have either don't value our friendship or we've just faded apart but it's like i can't let them go or ill literally have zero friends and that sucks

Completely relate. I’ve just tried to remind myself that it’s better to be alone and seek out better connections than stay with ppl who make you feel unseen it’s just hard to do when you literally have no one else in your corner
