guys i’m so sad, i thought my belly button piercing was fully healed but i think it’s rejecting :(((( it’s migrating and the skin is getting thinner and thinner

What metal is it? I didn’t realize my aunt gave me gold-plated jewelry for my almost healed belly button piercing and it rejected/got infected for a bit

i’m pretty sure surgical stainless steel or titanium?? though the ones i have now are surgical stainless steel for sure. i got it done in march but changed the thing bc it kept getting caught on things and messing it up

Mine decided to migrate too so I have a slightly wonky piercing that I actually like. But right before I decided to call it quits, I’d mix salt and warm water in a cup and just lay on my back and let the piercing soak for a while

And you’re not ✨supposed✨ to do this, but I would have scabs that stuck to my bar and irritated the piercing site, so I would put a little Neosporin on the bar right after my showers and move the bar up and down
