sounds like an infection of some sort , i think the only wait to treat is with antibiotics.

oh that’s strange, looks like something got under your nail and stained it? we’re the nails green? you can try buffing them out or filing the surface like you would do before putting on press ons. be careful to not do a lot because you can really damage your nail if you’re not careful
