Tw: body talk. I was horribly sick like two weeks ago. And it was a nightmare experience and completely traumatic i thought I was dying. BUT on a positive note i think it cleared out what was causing me to be so bloated so that’s nice

Like I can see my abs again. (I like working out abdominals) I’m going to start eating better so tomorrow I’ll bring a pb&j instead of eating McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A every day. I threw up like 6 times in 2 hours and 3 of those times was straight bile. (Yes gross ik. Trust me I was there) I will never hopefully get sick like that again. This isn’t me recommending puking in no way possible. It’s actually a phobia of mine.

Again DONT DO THAT. IT WAS HORRIBLE! AND AGAINST MY WILL. I am just taking an opportunity to fix my diet and start exercising since the week before last I was living on crackers and soup to build back up my stomachs strength.
