I understand that but soulmates aren’t real. You guys had a strong connection but he’s clearly not emotionally mature enough for monogamy or commitment. This probably isn’t what you want to hear babe but it’s really not personal. You’re just further ahead than he is mentally and that’s okay. You’ll find someone who’s at your pace and form another deep connection with them. This too shall pass
