I’m going to be going through your struggle in a couple days. My bf and I are moving in together (in a different state) and both of our places have roaches and it’s not going to be fun doing our best to make sure that we don’t bring any with us

u got this girl. spray the baseboards with bug killer when u first get to the new place if ur that worried. then anything that MIGHT have been in the boxes will be poisoned and die

And I sprayed down my boxes with roach killer and I looked at all my stuff and there’s evidence of bugs whatsoever but my FREAKING dad is texting me stuff like “German cockroaches love cardboard and they’re impossible to get rid of” LIKE I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW

esp w the spray u did on the boxes, any bugs you find will just be dying and slow and easy to kill/already be dead

Thank you I will do that too plus my new roommate says his cat is a great bug hunter the thoughts are very intrusive it will probably be fine
