That’s okay! Do you have things you can cook- like pasta or rice? There’s lots of great tutorials online for people who have trouble with it.

Honestly a year ago today I had no clue how to even make pasta. And now I can confidently make myself 10+ full meals without even looking at a recipe

And that’s okay! There’s always time to learn and try new things out!
You can even just throw things together in a crockpot or rice cooker and experiment with flavours to get a sense of what you might want to prepare in the oven or such later!

Yeah I can cook if I want too. I still live with my parents so that plays a part but sometimes I feel like I’m sooo far behind where I should

Heavy on the rice cooker. I make rice, air fryer salmon, chop up some cucumbers and boom I have a delicious meal for the week
