Girl you just gotta wait 😭 if it helps I used to pms for a week and have periods that pretty much lasted two weeks at a time and over a few years my pms became SIGNIFICANTLY less bad, my periods shortened to 3-5 days, and for the first time in my life I had a regular cycle. This lowkey happened after I had the arm implant in for a few months when I was like 20 so idk if that had anything to do with it (this started after I took it out bc of some side effects I was getting) but it couldn’t hurt!

my periods have always been regular, and based on the schedule i’ve been keeping since i was 15 it was supposed to start 5 days ago lmao. and all of these things happen in the days leading up to the actual bleeding. so like all of this is very abnormal for me. idk what’s up.

Sometimes this stuff happens, stress or illness or meds or what we eat can affect our hormones pretty easily, it could be anything. I do hope you get back to your regular cycle soon though! (And if you’re active, it probably wouldn’t hurt to take a quick pregnancy test)

Ohhh no yeah that can affect your period! Make sure you’re eating enough to supplement what you’re burning at the gym, that’s the sort of thing that can affect your hormones and mess with your period!
