I have a scale bc I like weighing my bags so I can complain that I’m carrying a 15 pound backpack or whatever

I think it’s important to monitor our weight just don’t obsess over it you know. I have one too I always thought it was normal growing up as well

Having a scale doesn’t necessarily mean ur weighing urself or even specifically for unhealthy reasons, like idk maybe u want better measurements for cooking or u travel a lot and need to weigh ur bag ykwim
