try soaking it in rubbing alcohol. i’ve had to bathe in it before tbh when a spot was on my back but it helped get it off😭 it does sting though

ooh those are genuinely the worst😭 maybe try to plug ur nose and ur ears and dip it a few times before rinsing off in the shower and moisturizing after. i hope it gets better!!
