using it as an insult should definitely be less normalized but calling people out for insecure behavior to help them reflect should be more normalized

If you genuinely destroy your ego you will never be insecure. You might be unsatisfied with life and feel like you can do better but you’ll never be insecure because of your realizations

i only say someone is insecure if it actually applies to them. not as an insult but as a reality check sometimes to humble people depending on the context.

I used to have ED and literally self hateful now idgaf about anything any photo can be taken any angle and I’ll laugh cuz I destroyed my perception of how i want to be perceived

Thats great for you but I feel like it’s not realistic for every single person to destroy their ego lol. I’ve overcome most of my insecurity at this point in my life, but still I find it odd to be used as an insult because we’ve all felt insecure at some point, and it’s hard. And someone making fun of u for being insecure doesn’t seem like it’ll do any good.
