The fact I could be fit or skinny if I chose to workout BUT FOR SOME REASON I CANT MAKE MYSELF. I want to so bad but I just don’t have the drive to get up and go. How do I fix that someone help me
I can workout but eating better is what’s hard for me

Might need inspo or a reachable goal to work towards. Sometimes I make boards with clothes I want but I don’t wear bc I’m not comfortable with how toned I am and it low key makes me get up.
