I’m so proud of you!! I got down to about 140 from 155 (obviously way less loss, I was 170 at one point) and the difference it makes to feel better in your body is huge, I can’t even imagine how incredible it must feel at that big of a change.

But on a kind of funny note, how’s it been not fitting into your clothes anymore? I’ve been on the hunt for belts, new bras and cheap alterations 😭😭

I’m in the process of doing this. I started at 170 and trying to get down to 140ish. I’m sitting at 160 currently so 1/3 of the way there!

It’s really interesting seeing how much your body changes!! I’m 5’8 for reference for mine so it’s been interesting because sometimes I feel like my body looks almost the same but then I take my measurements or try on clothes and they fit really differently. One thing I’m LOVING is muscle definition, I’ve worked out for a while and it’s always just sort of looked like I don’t work out; but despite losing some muscle I look a lot more like I work out.

As a girl who’s gone from exactly 210lbs down to 150 something. The answer = I’ve been treated allot more kindly, overall differently, and have become 1st choice. The rumor of being treated differently after weight loss is sadly true.

yea unfortunately #6 is right :( people kinda just look at you more? especially if they knew you prior to the weight loss…. i get a lot of “omg you look so good” and it’s kinda like backhanded it feels like? because like what i didn’t look good before, it’s just hard not to compare…there’s bad to both sides tho….

girl, i’ve battled for so long, and it really is hard, calorie deficit (this was safe for my body weight, everything i’ve done has been researched on my own so do what you will) like 1200 daily max, sometimes went over usually for special occasions or dinner either family or friends it’s okay in moderation, fasting i did as well at this same time, i never ate dinner past 7pm i usually try for last anything eaten for the day at 5-6pm, and then i usually don’t eat until 11am or sometimes later..

sounds awful, but then add some exercises in, and ya know go for walks and get your body moving, and then i really focused on protein, like easy meals, beef, chicken, you just have to make sure your body is also getting the proper nutrients it needs ✊🏻☺️

this has taken me a couple years to lose, everything was very slow, slowly i was adding things to help aid in my weight loss, and then it just became apart of my daily life ya know? so start small pick something you know you can follow easily and then add on once that gets easy and becomes apart of your daily routine
