Are you talking about my original comment? What do you disagree with? Neither psychopathy or sociopathy are officially recognized clinical diagnoses. They aren't in the DSM-5. There's hardly a universally agreed upon way to distinguish them from another in the field, and they aren't really common to use outside of media and common public discussion.
