I’m so tired of everything. Like feeling sad, anxious, stressed, like a burden. I’m just spent, and my mom wants to hang out but idk how to tell her to leave because she makes me feel bad.

No meds either, I’m just going through a rough patch rn…but thank you for suggesting that I haven’t thought of finding someone to talk too

ofc hun. i wish you the best. journal if you have to. it helps to put your thoughts on paper so it relieves you if you don’t have anyone to talk to
