I‘ve been so stressed lately. I honestly don’t know what to do. The only person I have is my best friend, but she’s not available all the time. Then I feel like crying all the time. How do y’all combat stress? I’m over here struggling.

I think it’s going to be different for everybody but try to reflect on what’s going on and what parts of that you have control over/what actions you can take to help you get a grasp of understanding and and hopefully to help you recenter yourself from the stress a bit. Sometimes I use chatgpt as an outlet and type up my problems into that but once you get to a less overwhelming point with what’s going on prioritize taking care of yourself and doing the things to motivate ya to keep going
