use the apple menstrual tracker i love it and it’s the exact same thing it’s on the health app but it’s way more gender neutral. i hate when period trackers are super girly like can we please not gender role my period

also it’s free and no ads obviously and you can even add birth control or whatever or have it track your fertile periods if that’s something you’re interested in
