delete it. just know the basics of politics and inform yourself when it comes time to vote, but tou dont have to keep up with everything if it hurts you

Delete it and subscribe to 1440 Daily Digest! They’re a super non biased news source so you can stay informed but not have to use socials. I deleted all my social media (besides Pinterest and yak, obvi) and tbh it’s the best decision I’ve never made

delete it! i did a lil hiatus for abt 6 months and it was sooooooo freeing i had so much more free time and picked up a couple hobbies … i caved and redownloaded a couple recently but i think ill delete them again soon just keep up w the news frfr so you can stay up to date on stuff that matters
