For my girlies who lost a lot of weight but aren’t rlly sure their bodies changed much, I’ve lost like 35 lbs in 3-4 months and I’m literally the lowest weight I’ve been since hs but I feel like I look exactly the same. I can wear smaller sizes but

I feel like I’ve only rlly gone down from the front stomach and I had back rolls that don’t exist anymore. However the sides are still pronounced and make my hip dips look worse, which has always been consistent. Ik it’s prob j how my body distributes fat but I wanted to know if anyone else had this kinda problem and what you did to fix it? My mom’s offered a person trainer and all but I wanted to ask other girl anyway
